We are clinicians who work with and coordinate care with

other service providers such as schools, social services, and

doctor's offices to ensure comprehensive care. We know the

importance of coordinating care to help other service

providers determine their role and course of treatment with

the shared clientele.

Life advantage, LLC is committed to the protection of

individual rights and to providing services within an

environment that is characterized by dignity and respect of

all persons and does not discriminate in the provision of

services to an individual (i) because the individual is unable

to pay; (ii) because payment for those services would be

made under Medicare, Medicaid, or the South Carolina

Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) although we

do accept Medicaid and South Carolina Chip as payer

sources; or (iii) based upon the individual’s race, color, sex,

national origin, disability, religion, age, or sexual orientation.

Discounts are also available based on family size and income

if needed. Life Advantage, LLC is responsive to the unique

needs, abilities, and characteristics of each person served.

Non-Discrimination Policy Statement is in accordance with

applicable Federal laws and U.S. Department of Health and

Human Services policy.
